Phones that support eSIM‍

• iPhone XR, XS and later (on the latest software version).
  To check if there is a software update available, open Settings > General > About Device > Software Update. Before installing an update, we recommend backing up your phone. Download the update over WiFi to avoid using data.
• Any generation Samsung Z Flip and Z Fold. Note 20 series. S20 series and later models.
  Samsung 'FE' models not supported.
• OPPO Find X5, Find X5 Pro, Find N2, Find N3 and A98.

How do I change my physical Sim to an eSIM?

For this process we highly recommend logging in through the MightyMobile Web Portal, as it will generate a QR code, that you will need to scan with your Mobile Device.

• Once logged in navigate down the left-hand side to "Sim Card Actions"
  
• Select Sim Swap
• Select eSIM
• Complete the checkout procedure

A QR code will be displayed on your screen along with a confirmation code. You are now able to navigate to the settings on your device to configure your eSIM.

For Samsung:

• Launch the Settings app
• Select Connections
• Select SIM card manager
• Select Add mobile plan
• Select Scan carrier QR code

This will allow you to scan the QR provided and follow the prompts on screen.

For Apple:

• Open the Camera app
• Scan the QR code - when the Mobile Plan Detected notification appears, tap it.
• Tap Continue at the bottom of the screen
• Tap Add Cellular Plan
• Enter in the confirmation code provided.
